Concessions for full time students, audiences under the age 19 and those over the age of 65 are available on most events promoted by Chetham’s. This concession is 20% on all asterisked events. Other concessions are shown in brackets. For example:
A concert priced £20, £18, £12* will offer concessionary tickets at £16, £14.40 and £9.60, depending on the area in which seats are located.
A concert priced at £10 (£8) will offer concessionary tickets at £8.
Booking fees apply to all concessionary tickets.
For concerts with multiple seating prices, spaces for wheelchair users will always be priced at the lowest of these prices. Wheelchair users and other access customers may request one additional seat for an essential companion free of charge. Find out more under our Access information.
Occasionally, a special series of events may attract a discount for audiences members choosing to attend a number of events within that series; for example, a discount of 20% when you book four or more tickets. Any such discount will be made clear in our listings.
If you are booking online, add each of the events you wish to attend to your basket and the discount will be applied automatically. Tickets must be for different events, and must be purchased in the same transaction, for the discount to apply.
Group and School discounts
The maximum number of tickets you may purchase online for most concerts is 8. If you wish to purchase more tickets, please call us or visit us in person. For events on which concessions are offered, we can usually offer a 10% discount for groups of 8 or more.
The Stoller Hall is part of Chetham’s School of Music, and we are particularly eager to welcome children and young people to appropriate concerts The Stoller Hall and other Chetham’s venues. If you would like to enquire about tickets for schools or youth groups, particularly for concerts at which Chetham’s students are performing, we would be delighted to work with you to offer both discounted tickets (subject to availability) and to support your students with a pre-concert welcome or talk.
