1. Should I attend a concert or event at The Stoller Hall if I have Covid 19?
No, if you believe you have contracted Covid-19 you will need to follow the standard advice from Public Health England, to help prevent the potential spread of Covid-19. In the interests of audiences, performers and staff please do not attend the performance at The Stoller Hall.
2. Should I attend a concert or event at The Stoller Hall if I have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19?
No, it is advised that you do not attend the performance on this occasion. We hope you’ll join us again soon, after your recommended period of self-isolation.
3. Will my tickets be refunded if I can’t attend because of Covid-19?
All tickets sold via The Stoller Hall are subject to our Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
Our cancellation policy means that if we decide to cancel an event, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. Our team will be in touch with you to arrange this with you.
If you have booked tickets via an alternative website such as seetickets.com, please contact your ticket provider directly.
4. Will the event be rescheduled?
If the event has been cancelled we will contact all ticket holders with further information. Wherever possible we will aim to reschedule events and invite all original ticket holders to attend.
5. What are you doing to prevent the spread of Covid-19?
We have implemented a range oif measures to ensure the safety of our audiences, staff and musicians are safe.
6. What do I do if I’m taken ill whilst on site at The Stoller Hall?
If you feel unwell whilst on site, please notify a member of staff. The advice from Public Health England is to use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do next. All of our staff have been briefed about what to do in the event of any suspected coronavirus incidents.
7. How do I request a refund?
If you believe you may be entitled to a refund, please apply in writing within 3 months of the date of the event, enclosing your complete and unused tickets and your full contact details:

Alternatively you can email the same information to us at boxoffice@chethams.com with scans (or digital photographs) of your tickets attached to the email.
We are only able to refund the person who purchased the tickets originally. Refunds will be processed as quickly as practically possible, and wherever possible the refund will be made by the same payment method as the original purchase.
8. Will there be Food and Drink available?
Unfortunately we will not be able to serve food and drink. We are located in central Manchester opposite Victoria Station with plenty of options for food and drink nearby.
9. Will there be an interval?
For the safety of audiences, performers and staff there will not be an interval.
