Creative Engagement Coordinator

The Job: 

  • The Creative Engagement Department is seeking a proactive, approachable and organised individual to join our busy team. Responsibilities will include coordinating Chetham’s Library’s Schools programme, music workshops for school groups, tours of Stoller Hall and our Haworth Emerging Artists Scheme.
  • 35 hours per week over 52 weeks of the year. The designation of working hours on a week to week basis can be varied to meet the demands of the role.
  • This is a fixed term, position until 31st August 2026

In Return:

  • You will be paid £23,649.35 FTE per annum (Scale Point 12).

Front of House & Events Manager

Our main 482 seat venue is modern and purpose built, and our whole team pride themselves in the variety of events delivered, our excellent team and team working, and the excellent artist, client and audience experiences that we facilitate.

The Job: 

  • We are looking for someone with proven excellent people skills to manage our front of house experience and staff, taking general operational responsibility for events, including staffing as well as oversight of risk assessments and venue health and safety.
  • This is a full time salaried role but flexible and part time working would be considered.
  • Start date ASAP, subject to relevant checks.

In Return:

  • Salary: £30,322 – £31,955 per annum (Scale Point 21-23).
  • Work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Benefits including free catered lunches during term time, on site gym and free tickets to concerts.
  • Free onsite parking when working on events.
