We’re looking forward to seeing you to experience live music and events together again.
Help us to keep live music playing!
Our priority is to create the safest possible space for our visitors and staff to enjoy being in our venue. As part of our updated policy we strongly recommend that all audience members attending a performance, or visitors coming to an event, wear masks within our building and auditorium unless they are exempt.
In-line with Government guidance, we will start to increase capacity for some of our live events and reduce social distancing measures. This will be done gradually and means that social distancing measures will remain in place at certain events, whilst other events will take place with reduced social distancing.
We recommend you purchase ‘secure my booking’ ticket-protection as part of your ticket purchase, which allows you to re-coup 100% of the ticket price if you’re unable to attend due to Covid-19.
We are gradually moving towards more events having allocated seating. To keep all our audiences safe, you will be shown to your designated seat by one of our stewards. All seats in the Hall offer excellent views of the stage.
You are strongly advised to book tickets in advance online or over the phone. We will be gradually reopening the box office but cannot guarantee ticket availability on the night.
Our Atrium Bar is now open. The bar will serve drinks and bar snacks to enjoy before our evening performances and during intervals. To minimise contact with others, please use contactless payments where possible.
We recommend that you do what you can to help reduce risk, including getting vaccinated, tested or registering if you’re immune. We will not operate any policy of exclusion, but ask you do what you can to reduce risk and act responsibly.
Enhanced cleaning and safety measures are in place throughout the venue, including:

As cultural venues across the city-region continue to respond to the changing threat of COVID-19, as a sector, we want to reassure audiences and visitors alike that your health and wellbeing is our upmost priority.
No two venues will respond to changing guidance from government in exactly the same way. Our venues are different sizes, shapes and operate in different ways appropriate to the needs of those individual organisations. What is consistent, however, is the care and attention each venue will bring to keeping audiences safe and the thrill and excitement our artists, production companies, staff and volunteers feel at the thought of being able to share great art and culture with you face to face. The pandemic has been a tough old time, but we’re standing side by side ready welcome you back.
