See it Safely

We’re looking forward to seeing you to experience live music together again.

WILL I NEED TO WEAR A FACE COVERING?

Although it’s no longer mandatory, we’re encouraging staff and audiences to wear masks in the Hall and when moving around the venue (unless exempt). Once seated and if you feel comfortable, please feel free to remove your mask.

WILL THERE BE SOCIAL DISTANCING IN PLACE?

In-line with Government guidance, we will start to increase capacity for some of our live events and reduce social distancing measures. This will be done gradually and means that social distancing measures will remain in place at certain events, whilst other events will take place with reduced social distancing.

IF I HAVE TO ISOLATE CAN MY TICKETS BE REFUNDED?

We recommend you purchase ‘secure my booking’ ticket-protection as part of your ticket purchase, which allows you to re-coup 100% of the ticket price if you’re unable to attend due to Covid-19.

WILL THERE BE ONE-WAY SYSTEMS IN PLACE?

As far as it is practically possible, there will be a one-way flow of people in place to limit contact and minimise queues.

WILL THERE BE UNRESERVED SEATING?

We are gradually moving towards more events having allocated seating. To keep all our audiences safe, you will be shown to your designated seat by one of our stewards. All seats in the Hall offer excellent views of the stage.

WILL I NEED TO PRE-BOOK?

You are strongly advised to book tickets in advance online or over the phone. We will be gradually reopening the box office but cannot guarantee ticket availability on the night.

WILL THE BAR BE OPEN?

Our Atrium Bar is now open. The bar will serve drinks and bar snacks to enjoy before our evening performances and during intervals.

To minimise contact with others, please use contactless payments where possible.

WILL THERE BE ANY HEALTH CHECKS?

We recommend that you do what you can to help reduce risk, including getting vaccinated, tested or registering if you’re immune. We will not operate any policy of exclusion, but ask you do what you can to reduce risk and act responsibly.

WILL YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL CLEANING MEASURES IN PLACE?

Enhanced cleaning and safety measures are in place throughout the venue, including:

  • Providing hand sanitising stations throughout the venue and access to hand-washing facilities.
  • Regular cleaning of toilets and all contact points.
  • Thorough cleaning of the hall between events.
  • The Stoller Hall is equipped with a modern, filtered air handling system, that changes the air in the Hall around four times per hour.  In line with current guidance, no air is being recirculated.

WILL YOU HAVE ANY COVID-CANCELLATION PROCEDURES FOR TICKETS?

We recommend you purchase ‘secure my booking’ ticket-protection as part of your ticket purchase, which allows you to re-coup 100% of the ticket price if you you’re unable to attend the event for reasons such as illness (including Covid-19), travel delays and adverse weather conditions. Learn More

If you do not have ticket protection and you are unable to attend an event at The Stoller Hall please let us know as soon as possible. If we are able to resell your ticket(s) we may be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event of us needing to cancel or reschedule a performance you will be offered the choice of a full refund or exchange.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I BECOME UNWELL AFTER MY VISIT?

Please report this on the Test and Trace app. If you’re unable to use the app for any reason please get in touch via email – boxoffice@stollerhall.com.

GREATER MANCHESTER VENUES COVID-19 PLEDGE

As venues across the city-region begin to re-open their doors and spring to life once again, as a sector, we want to reassure audiences and visitors alike that your health and wellbeing is our upmost priority.

No two venues will respond to the introduction of Stage 4 of the Government’s ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’ in exactly the same way. Our venues are different sizes, shapes and operate in different ways appropriate to the needs of those individual businesses. What is consistent, however, is the thrill and excitement our artists, production companies, staff and volunteers feel at the thought of being able to share great art and culture with you again face to face. It has been a tough old time, but we’re back, side by side and cannot wait for you to join us.

Thank you!
From us all at The Stoller Hall
