See it Safely

We cannot wait to welcome you back to The Stoller Hall to experience live music together again.

Your safety is our biggest priority. Whether you’re visiting us for the first time, or returning to see us again, we’ve made some changes to keep you safe. This includes adopting the industry-wide See it Safely mark.

Here’s what you need to know before your visit.

How will my ticket work?

Tickets for all events will need to be booked in advance via our website. We are currently operating a paperless ticketing system, and you will need to print out your tickets in advance or have them ready to scan on a mobile device. This will allow you to enter the venue more easily, minimise the amount of time you may have to queue, and reduce contact with the front of house team.

Will I need to wear a face covering?

Yes, please ensure you are wearing a face covering. If you are exempt from wearing a face covering, please make one of our stewards aware on your arrival.

What time can I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the performance start time to allow time to check-in to the NHS Test and Trace system and to be seated safely. If you are attending with family or friends, all booking parties will need to arrive together to gain entry.

What should I bring?

Please keep your belongings to a minimum and with you at all times. To limit physical contact, our cloakroom will be closed, so please refrain from bringing any baggage into the venue. There will be a bag search in operation at our main entrance and all visitors should arrive in good time to allow staff members to check the contents of any essential baggage.

Will I be able to buy refreshments?

Our Atrium Bar will reopen from Monday 21 June, serving drinks and bar snacks to enjoy before and after our performances. We will also resume interval drinks, which can be pre-ordered using our online system.

To minimise contact with others, transactions will be cashless and paperless, and there may be one way systems in place.

What are the social distancing rules?

Please follow signs around the venue and maintain 2m+ social distancing. There will be a one-way system in operation to keep audiences and staff safe.

The capacity in the The Stoller Hall has been greatly reduced, with around a quarter of seats currently available. This ensures we can comply with social distancing regulations and make sure it is a comfortable experience for everyone. You may need to pass someone to take your seat. Please mitigate any risk by keeping your mask on and turning away as you pass.

Seating for all events is unallocated. To keep all our audiences safe, you will be shown to your designated seat by one of our stewards. All seats in the Hall offer excellent views of the stage.

What other Covid-19 Safety measures will be in place?

We want you to enjoy the return of live music, and as well as the above we have the following safety measures in place.

  • Adhering to the NHS Test and Trace guidelines, including capturing details of all visitors.
  • Providing hand sanitising stations throughout the venue and access to hand-washing facilities.
  • All front of house staff will wear masks.
  • Regular cleaning of toilets and thorough cleaning of the hall between events.

What should I do if I become unwell after my visit?

We are using the NHS Test and Trace system. Please sign in on your visit and if you do test positive, please report this on the Test and Trace app. If you’re unable to use the app for any reason please get in touch via email –
