Booking is available online 24/7. You can view the seating plan and select your own seats when booking. Tickets can be printed at home, collected at the Box Office before the event or sent to your postal address for an additional £2 per order. Please note: whilst we’re closed, box office collection and postal tickets are not currently available.
Book by Telephone (not currently available)
Call 0333 130 0967 to book by telephone. Phone lines are open from 2-4pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), and from a minimum of 30 minutes, and usually one hour, prior to each public event.
Book in-person (not currently available)
You can call into our Box Office from 1-2.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), or from 1 hour prior to each concert in The Stoller Hall.
The Box Office is located via our main entrance on Hunts Bank.
Fees will be included in all prices listed online or in print. Booking fees are charged on all our events.
50p for tickets costing from £0.01p to £8
£1 for tickets costing £8.01 to £17
£2 for tickets costing £17.01 and upwards
If you would like to have your tickets posted to you, an additional fee of £2 per order will be charged to cover the cost of postage.
When you book, you will be invited to add a voluntary contribution to help to support The Stoller Hall. You may choose to Gift Aid your donation at no additional cost to you.
Terms and conditions:
Refund Policy: If you are unable to attend at event at The Stoller Hall with less than 48 hours’ notice, unfortunately our policy means that we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. However, if you are able to give more than 48 hours’ notice, and we are able to resell your ticket(s) we can provide a refund. Please contact our Box Office using the contact information below. Any bookings for cancelled performances will be fully refunded. If an event is cancelled we will contact all ticket holders directly.
Secure My Booking: Our optional ticket-protection allows you to re-coup 100% of the ticket price (including booking fees) if you are unable to make the event for reasons such as illness (including Covid-19), travel delays and adverse weather conditions. Learn More

In addition, bag checks will be in operation for most public events. Large bags or cases will not be permitted onsite and we reserve the right to refuse entry. View our full security guidelines.
Our online Box Office and donations system is managed using Spektrix, and payments are processed through Sage Pay. All orders – including those made by telephone or in person – will be processed through these systems. You have the right to opt out of any communications, or to ask that your details be removed from any or all of our databases, at any time – please click the link in any email, call us, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your preferences.
Many artists who appear at The Stoller Hall also play at other venues in Manchester and further afield. If you give permission for your data to be shared with the artists or promoters of events which you attend, then we may pass your contact details to those artists or organisations. We will never sell any part of your data, nor share it with any artist or promoter whose events you haven’t attended. We may, from time to time, contact you ourselves to let you know about events by other promoters which we think you might enjoy.
