We’ve announced our new programme for 2024 and there’s something for everyone from classical music to jazz, folk, Bollywood, stand-up comedy and more.
The venue, part of Chetham’s School of Music in the heart of Manchester, brings nationally and internationally renowned names alongside top local talent.
The new programme follows a successful year for The Stoller Hall. In 2023, over 40,000 people visited to enjoy family-friendly shows, music from around the world, film with live music, and even footballing legend Eric Cantona took to the stage. The Stoller Hall also hosted shows that were free to attend regularly and there will be more free ‘Lunchtime Concerts’ next year.
Highlights for 2024 include:
Manchester Harp Festival: Anneleen Laenarts, Saturday 20 January

NYJO and Nikki Yeoh present: Speechmik X-Ploration, Tuesday 30 April
Nikki Yeoh’s seminal multimedia work ‘Speechmik X-Ploration’ promotes a message of unity and plurality, which remains poignant today. Over a quarter of a century after it was first commissioned by BBC Radio 3 and Bath Festival in 1997, a new reorchestration of the piece will see Yeoh joined on stage by an 18-piece ensemble from the National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NYJO).
Manchester Camerata: Mozart, Made in Manchester, Friday 17 May
This is the penultimate concert in the Camerata’s critically acclaimed Mozart, Made in Manchester series with Jean-Efflam Bavouzet and our Music Director Gábor Takács-Nagy. Continuing their exploration of Mozart’s youthful genius, they’ll perform Mitridate re di Ponto and La finta semplice alongside three of his early piano concertos.
Fran Healey, Creative Commercial Director at The Stoller Hall, said: “We’re building on a successful year by bringing a diverse range of performers to Manchester in 2024. There really is something for everybody and for all ages.
“Manchester has a rich musical heritage and we’re proud to be part of that today. The Stoller Hall has been specially engineered to provide the very best sound quality, so if you love music this is the place for you.”
