  • Tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
  • Proof of ID may be requested, including proof of any concession claimed.
  • All ticket holders aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to ticket holders whose behaviour may affect the enjoyment of other audience members.
  • Recording, photography and filming within the event is forbidden, and mobile phones and other communication devices should be switched off unless otherwise instructed. For certain events we may have official photography, filming or sound recording taking place, and this will be sign-posted on entry.

In addition, bag checks will be in operation for most public events. Large bags or cases will not be permitted onsite and we reserve the right to refuse entry. View our full security guidelines.

Ticketing Partners

For certain concerts and events, some or all tickets may be sold via an external ticketing partner such as Ticketmaster, See Tickets and other similar websites.

Please be aware that if you purchase tickets from anywhere other than authorised ticketing partners, you may run the risk of being refused entry to the venue or not getting any refund if the event is cancelled or postponed. Many ‘secondary ticketing sites’ are also fraudulent and may take your money without providing your ticket at all.

If you are unsure about the legitimacy of an external ticketing website for one of our events, you are welcome to contact us at boxoffice@stollerhall.com for confirmation.
