Join the National Youth Concert Band as they return to the Stoller Hall at the end of their Summer 2025 residency at Chetham’s School of Music.
Conducted by Jonathan Parkes, with Guest Conductor Dr Timothy Reynish and soloist Lisa Nelsen, they will perform La Chasse Galerie, a flute concerto written for Lisa and NYCB by noted composer Bill Connor. The programme also includes Sisters in Arms, written and reorchestrated for NYCB by internationally renowned jazz musician Issie Barratt, who worked with the band during their Easter residential.
NYCB are grateful for the support of the British Association of Symphonic Bands and Wind Ensembles, and Yamaha UK, for support during their 2025 season.
