Tickets may be purchased online, in person or by telephone. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard, or in cash.
Visit www.stollerhall.com to book online. You can view a plan of The Stoller Hall and select your own seats when booking. For most events, you may choose to print tickets at home, collect them at the Box Office, or have them posted to you for an additional fee of £2 per order.

Call 0333 130 0967 to book by telephone. Phone lines are open from 2-4pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), and from 1 hour prior to each concert in The Stoller Hall.
Calls to Box Office are charged at local call rate.
Book in Person
From Tuesday 18 April 2017, call into our Box Office from 1-2.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), or from 1 hour prior to each concert in The Stoller Hall. Before April, we will open as follows alongside selected Chetham’s School of Music events:

The Box Office is located in the Oglesby Atrium in Chetham’s new building, accessible via The Stoller Hall entrance on Hunts Bank.
A booking fee of up to £2 applies to all tickets booked online or by telephone to events across Chetham’s. Tickets bought in person will not incur booking charges.
This booking fee may be reduced for lower priced events. In most cases, a booking fee of 50p will apply to events with a top price of up to £5; and a fee of £1 to events with a top price of up to £10. The full booking fee of £2 will apply to all other events.
If you would like to have your tickets posted to you, an additional fee of £2 per order will be charged to cover the costs of postage.
When you book, you will have the option of adding a voluntary contribution to Chetham’s. Any contribution you choose to make helps to support The Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library with capital and operational costs. If you’d prefer to make no contribution, please delete this from your basket.

Our online Box Office is managed using Ticketsolve, and payments are processed through Realex. All orders – including those made by telephone or in person – will be processed through these systems.
Realex Payments are a highly trusted online payment card processor, accredited with the Account Information Security certification by VISA and compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Version 3.22, the highest level of compliance.
