Tickets may be purchased online, in person or by telephone. Payment may be made by Visa or Mastercard, or in cash.
Visit www.stollerhall.com to book online. You can view a plan of The Stoller Hall and select your own seats when booking. For most events, you may choose to print tickets at home, collect them at the Box Office, or have them posted to you for an additional fee of £2 per order.
Book by Telephone
Call 0333 130 0967 to book by telephone. Phone lines are open from 2-4pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), and from a minimum of 30 minutes, and usually one hour, prior to each public event.
Calls to Box Office are charged at local call rate.
Book in Person
You can call into our Box Office from 1-2.30pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), or from 1 hour prior to each concert in The Stoller Hall.
The Box Office is located in the Oglesby Atrium in Chetham’s new building, accessible via The Stoller Hall entrance on Hunts Bank.
A booking fee of up to £2 applies to all tickets booked online or by telephone to events across Chetham’s. Tickets bought in person will not incur booking charges.
This booking fee may be reduced for lower priced events. In most cases, a booking fee of 50p will apply to events with a top price of up to £5; and a fee of £1 to events with a top price of up to £10. The full booking fee of £2 will apply to all other events.
If you would like to have your tickets posted to you, an additional fee of £2 per order will be charged to cover the costs of postage.
When you book, you will have the option of adding a voluntary contribution to Chetham’s. Any contribution you choose to make helps to support The Stoller Hall, Chetham’s School of Music and Chetham’s Library with capital and operational costs. If you’d prefer to make no contribution, please delete this from your basket.

In addition, bag checks will be in operation for most public events. Large bags or cases will not be permitted onsite and we reserve the right to refuse entry. View our full security guidelines.
Our online Box Office is managed using Ticketsolve, and payments are processed through Realex. All orders – including those made by telephone or in person – will be processed through these systems. You have the right to opt out of any communications, or to ask that your details be removed from any or all of our databases, at any time – please click the link in any email, call us, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your preferences.
Realex Payments are a highly trusted online payment card processor, accredited with the Account Information Security certification by VISA and compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Version 3.22, the highest level of compliance. We do not store your bank details on our system.
If you sign up to our email list, your details will also be held on MailChimp which is integrated with the Ticketsolve system.
If you make a donation when paying for your tickets, or at any other stage, your details will also be held by the Development department on their Raiser’s Edge database.
Many artists who perform at The Stoller Hall also play at other venues in Manchester and further afield. If you give permission for your data to be shared with the artists or promoters of events which you attend, then we may pass your contact details to those artists or organisations. We will never sell any part of your data, nor share it with any artist or promoter whose events you haven’t attended. We may, from time to time, contact you ourselves to let you know about events by other promoters which we think you might enjoy.
