We know our audience, and we place them at the heart of everything that we do.


Fran Healey

Fran is the Artistic Director and General Manager, reporting directly to our governing body, as well as overseeing all operational and event programming aspects at The Stoller Hall. Fran is also the Artistic Director of Manchester Guitar Festival.

Simon Chaplin

Simon is the Deputy General Manager, and one of the longest serving members in our team. Simon also looks after all operational aspects at The Stoller Hall, including maintenance, health and safety, promoter relations, conference and event bookings, and regularly hosts our Behind the Scenes Tours at The Stoller Hall.

Lorna Calvert

Lorna is the Production Coordinator at The Stoller Hall, who works closely with artists and promoters to coordinate logistical operations for all our events. Lorna is also one of our senior Front of House staff.

Ruth is the Front of House and Finance Manager at The Stoller Hall, responsible for the management of event personnel, staff development, merchandise, customer experience and customer safety.

Mathilde Atedji

Mathilde is a senior member of our Domestic Services and Front of House teams, often managing our customer facilities, backstage area, the Atrium Bar and our catering operations.

Eleanor is the Box Office Coordinator at The Stoller Hall, who is on hand to answer your customer queries.

Clare is the Marketing Manager at The Stoller Hall, who works closely with artists and promoters to tell you all about the incredible experiences we’ve got on. Clare oversees our external communications including advertising socials, promotional emails and PR.
