Manchester opera lovers have an amazing opportunity to enjoy this performance by world-renowned tenor, Fabio Andreotti. Accompanied by the stunning London-based concert pianist Varvara Tarasova, they will take you on a musical journey through the timeless classics of Italian opera and Neapolitan songs.

Fabio attended the “Ateneo Internazionale della Lirica di Sulmona,” where he studied with Magda Olivero, Mirella Freni, Gabriella Tucci, and Renato Bruson. He made his debut in 1996 singing Hayden’s Salve Regina and that same year he won the Francesco Albanese Competition and sang Alfredo in La Traviata at Teatro Manzoni di Roma. His talent was noticed immediately and Fabio has started travelling the world being invited to some of the grandest music halls in Tokyo, South Korea, Russia, Estonia, Turkey, USA, Egypt and many more.

The famous Italian tenor is known for his radiating charisma and soaring vocals and repertoire that includes traditional Italian songs – “O Sole Mio” and “Santa Lucia” to name a few.

Varavara Tarasova, winner of over 15 International Piano Competitions, has received glowing reviews and prestigious awards including the Soirée D’Or award and Hopkinson Gold Medal. Tarasova graduated with honours from both the Royal College of Music (receiving a full scholarship, supported by Sir Roger and Lady Stephanie Carr) and Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory. Tarasova has performed across Europe, the USA, Brazil and Russia, and given concerto performances with many orchestras, led by conductors including Vasily Petrenko, Misha Rakhlevsky, Konstantin Orbelian, and John Gibbons.

Red Events UK, who are bringing Fabio to Manchester, chose The Stoller Hall as the venue for the concert due to its one-of-a-kind atmosphere of both intimate and grandeur auditorium.
