Join us for an unforgettable evening of music in Bolton’s Victoria Hall as we present a spectacular concert featuring some of the UK’s most gifted young musicians.

The Chetham’s Philharmonic Orchestra will open the evening with Kathryn MacLennan’s Sonus Solaris, a movement from Kapustin’s Piano Concerto No. 2 featuring guest soloist Jackson Leung, and selections from Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite.

The Lower School Orchestra follows with a thrilling performance of movements from Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 10 and Handel’s Music for the Royal Fireworks. To conclude, both orchestras will unite for an inspiring finale: Hildegard’s O Euchari in Leta Via and John Williams’s iconic The Raider’s March.
