At 2.30pm on Saturday 4 March 2023 the North West Branch of the Elgar Society will host a Conversation between Sir Mark Elder, Music Director of the Halle Orchestra, and Andrew Neill, former Chairman of the Elgar Society. The Conversation (and music) will be far-ranging but will focus on Elgar’s three famous oratorios: The Dream of Gerontius, The Apostles and The Kingdom, which Sir Mark will be conducting at the Bridgewater Hall on 4, 10 and 11 June. 

Light refreshments will be available and there will be a retiring collection in support of the Elgar Society.

There will be no charge but admission will be strictly by ticket only.
