The 2019 London International Festival of Early Music takes place at Blackheath Halls and surrounding venues. Complimenting the UK’s largest Early Music exhibition, an exciting line-up of concerts, workshops, recitals, and the finals of the Moeck/Society of Recorder Players International Solo Recorder Competition includes an appearance by Chetham’s Early Music Ensemble.

Chetham’s programme marks the 300th anniversary of Leopold Mozart with historically informed performances by Gallant composers including CPE Bach, JJ Quantz and Mozart himself, all dating from the court of King Frederick the Great.
