The Victoria String Quartet made its debut at, and took its name from, the historic Victoria Baths in Manchester, renowned for its magnificent stained glass and mosaics. Tonight we welcome them to The Stoller Hall to perform a programme of Mozart, Beethoven and Puccini.
The members of the Quartet share a wealth of experience in chamber music between them: Sorrel quartet, Psappha Ensemble, Music Group of Manchester, Nossek Quartet and Kirkman quartet to name but a few. The Victoria String Quartet is much in demand, recently performing in venues such as the Stoller and Bridgewater halls in Manchester and they very much enjoy performing for the many music clubs and festivals across the UK, performing at the Buxton International Festival in 2018 and 2019.
