Make your lunchtime magical with our free Relaxed Lunchtime Concerts featuring performances by some of the UK’s most exciting young musicians from Chetham’s School of Music.

Our Relaxed Lunchtime Concerts are open to everyone — whether you’re a regular concert-goer or trying live music for the first time.

There’s no dress code, no pressure and no rules about how you should enjoy the concert. You don’t need to sit still or stay quiet. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and experience the music in whatever way feels right for you.

The venue is easy to access and offers flexible seating to suit your needs. You’re welcome to stay for the whole concert, or pop in and out if that works better for you. You can find more details about accessing our venue here.

Come along, take a seat, and make yourself at home. Enjoy great music, friendly faces, and a free brew and biscuit on us. Ten minutes before each relaxed concert, you’ll also have the opportunity to listen and learn from a Chetham’s student or member of faculty. Discover hidden facts, learn something new, and get to know the people behind the music.

This concert will take place in the Stoller Hall’s atrium space.

Our mission is to help more people from Manchester and beyond access live music and enjoy the enormous wellbeing benefits it brings.

During this concert, we will be filming and capturing footage of the concert and the wider audience experience.
