It feels great to be able to welcome you back for live music! There’s plenty of live events to keep you entertained throughout the Summer and beyond, from weekly live jazz to new classical concerts. See what’s on here and below.
Ticketing information: The number of available seats has been greatly reduced from the usual capacity, so you are advised to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
New classical concerts
From one of the world’s leading vocal ensembles, to candlelight concerts with live musicians and an internationally-acclaimed bassoonist, classical music is back at The Stoller Hall.
Chetham’s International Piano Series
Two weeks of piano concerts, recitals and live streams, including performances from Leon McCawley, Murray McLachlan, Noriko Ogawa and Joanna MacGregor. Part of the Chetham’s International Piano Summer School.
Weekly live jazz
The series begins with Soweto Kinch and continues throughout the Summer with performances from Norma Winstone, Iain Ballamy Quartet and many more.
Autumn chamber concerts
We have a packed season of concerts planned from some of the world’s best chamber musicians, in partnership with Manchester Chamber Concerts Society. This includes mixed instrument ensemble I Musicanti and Martin Roscoe, Israeli string quartet the Jerusalem Quartet, piano trio Sitkovetsky Trio and many more.
